Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:
- "36phppg" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at https://36phppg.net, including all sub-pages, services, games, and features offered therein, operated under PAGCOR license.
- "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the 36phppg platform.
- "Player" / "You" means any individual who has registered an Account or is accessing the 36phppg platform.
- "Services" means all gaming products, sports betting, live dealer games, slots, bingo, sabong, and any other wagering or entertainment services offered through 36phppg.
- "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, welcome bonuses, or incentive amounts credited to your Account by 36phppg.
- "Real Money Funds" means actual monetary deposits made by you in Philippine Peso (PHP) to your 36phppg wallet.
- "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
- "KYC" means Know Your Customer procedures, including identity verification and anti-money laundering checks required by Philippine law.
- "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body that licenses and oversees 36phppg's operations.
Acceptance of Terms
By registering an Account on 36phppg, accessing any page of the platform, or using any of the Services, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
Your acceptance is evidenced by any of the following actions: completing the registration process, clicking any "I Agree" or equivalent checkbox during sign-up, making a deposit, or placing any wager through the platform.
These Terms shall remain in full force and effect for the duration of your use of 36phppg's Services. 36phppg reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Eligibility & Registration
3.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the 36phppg platform. This is a mandatory legal requirement under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. 36phppg strictly enforces this requirement and reserves the right to request government-issued identification at any stage of the registration or withdrawal process.
3.2 Geographic Eligibility
36phppg's Services are directed primarily at players located in the Republic of the Philippines. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using online gaming services is lawful in your jurisdiction. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk and in violation of these Terms.
3.3 Registration Requirements
To register an Account on 36phppg, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, a valid mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.
Each individual may hold only one Account on 36phppg. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)
36phppg is required by PAGCOR and Philippine anti-money laundering legislation to verify the identity of all players. You may be asked to submit copies of a valid government-issued Philippine ID (such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's licence, or UMID card), proof of address, and in some cases, proof of source of funds. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.
Account Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your 36phppg Account. You must keep your login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party, allow any third party to access or use your Account, or create an Account on behalf of another person.
36phppg will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 36phppg immediately by contacting [email protected].
36phppg reserves the right to suspend or close any Account where there is reasonable suspicion of:
- Fraudulent activity or use of fraudulent payment methods
- Collusion, chip dumping, or match-fixing in any game or betting market
- Exploitation of software errors, glitches, or undisclosed vulnerabilities
- Use of automated betting tools, bots, or artificial intelligence systems
- Any other conduct that 36phppg deems contrary to fair play or these Terms
Deposits & Withdrawals
5.1 Deposits
36phppg accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and InstaPay. All deposit methods are subject to minimum and maximum transaction limits as displayed on the platform. Deposits are generally credited to your gaming wallet within 60 seconds of confirmation by the payment provider.
You may only fund your 36phppg Account using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — including deposits made using payment accounts belonging to family members or other individuals — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and return of funds.
5.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically feasible. 36phppg aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours on business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or e-wallet provider.
All withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification. 36phppg reserves the right to request additional documentation prior to processing any withdrawal. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply as posted on the platform.
5.3 Fees and Currency
36phppg does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges — these are your responsibility. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso. 36phppg is not responsible for any currency conversion costs incurred outside the platform.
Bonuses & Promotions
36phppg may, at its discretion, offer bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, cashback, and other incentives to eligible Players. All such promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms and Conditions.
6.1 Wagering Requirements
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion description. Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified for each promotion.
6.2 Bonus Abuse
36phppg reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any Bonus Funds and associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or hedged bets designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine risk, or any other behaviour that 36phppg determines to be contrary to the spirit of the promotion.
6.3 Changes to Promotions
36phppg reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players will be given reasonable opportunity to complete wagering requirements for bonuses already claimed prior to any such discontinuation.
Gaming Rules & Conduct
All games available on the 36phppg platform are governed by the specific rules published for each game type. You are responsible for familiarising yourself with the rules of any game before placing wagers. Ignorance of game rules does not constitute grounds for a refund or reversal of bets.
36phppg uses certified random number generators (RNGs) for all applicable games. Live dealer games are conducted by licensed studios in real time. All game outcomes are final once confirmed by the system. 36phppg will investigate disputes in good faith but reserves the right to make final determinations on contested outcomes.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or game error, 36phppg's decision regarding the validity of affected bets shall be final. Where a clear system error results in an obviously incorrect payout — including but not limited to a displayed jackpot amount that is manifestly erroneous — 36phppg reserves the right to correct the error and adjust the payout accordingly.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 36phppg platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:
- Using the platform for any unlawful purpose under Philippine law or applicable international law
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC
- Using stolen, compromised, or unauthorised payment methods
- Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any other activity prohibited by the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act
- Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise tamper with the 36phppg platform or its games
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market
- Colluding with other players, employees, or third parties to defraud 36phppg or other players
- Making chargebacks or payment reversals without legitimate cause
- Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited
Responsible Gaming
36phppg is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and sustainable gaming practices for all Filipino players. Gaming on the 36phppg platform is intended solely for entertainment purposes and should never be viewed as a source of income or a solution to financial difficulties.
Every registered player has access to the following responsible gaming tools through their Account dashboard:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to manage your spending.
- Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
- Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of your choosing, from 24 hours up to 30 days.
- Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account and exclude yourself from 36phppg's Services. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for a minimum period of six months.

Intellectual Property
All content on the 36phppg platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, text, and trade marks — is the intellectual property of 36phppg or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the 36phppg platform without prior written permission from 36phppg.
Any unauthorised use of 36phppg's intellectual property will be treated as a material breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 36phppg shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the 36phppg platform or Services.
36phppg does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. While 36phppg takes all reasonable steps to maintain platform availability and security, temporary outages may occur due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure events.
In all cases where 36phppg's liability cannot be fully excluded, our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 36phppg's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
Privacy & Data Protection
36phppg collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
36phppg processes personal data in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. Your data is used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and improving our Services.

Amendments to These Terms
36phppg reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 36phppg will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the platform, no less than 7 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the 36phppg platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].
The date of the most recent update to these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall first be referred to 36phppg's customer support team for good-faith resolution. 36phppg is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and promptly.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism. Players may also have recourse to the appropriate courts of the Philippines if PAGCOR's process does not result in a satisfactory resolution.
